用途：用于擠出各種橡膠制品及供膠。
結構特點：

銷釘式冷喂料擠出機選配不同的機頭可擠制不同的橡膠半成品，或為壓延機供膠。
機筒為分段式結構，喂料段機筒內帶螺旋槽，它和旁壓輥配合增強喂料能力，塑化段和擠出段的機筒上裝有數量不等的銷釘。
螺桿由進口CNC銑床加工、拋光、幾何精度高，經氮化處理后具有良好的耐磨性。
減速機的齒輪采用合金鋼硬齒面結構。
各部溫度由熱水循環(huán)裝置分段自動控制。
本機采用直流電機拖動。
該機的優(yōu)點是塑化效果好、擠出能力強，出膠溫度低、運行平穩(wěn)。
本公司還專門為銷釘擠出機生產供料裝置，輸送膠片。

Structural Features:

4.The gear reducer hardened alloy steel structure.
5. Ministries temperature from the hot water circulation device automatically controls.
6. The machine is driven by DC motor.
7. The advantages of the machine is the plasticizing effect, extrusion ability, low temperature glue, smooth operation.
