用途：用于過濾膠料中的雜質。
結構特點：

1. 濾膠機配有單雙機頭。
2. 機頭上裝有機械切割裝置，采用液壓開合，操作方便。
3. 機筒為分段式結構，喂料段機筒內帶螺旋槽，它和旁壓輥配合增強喂料能力，塑化段和擠出段的機筒上裝有數(shù)量不等的銷釘。
4. 減速機和齒輪采用合金鋼硬齒面結構。
5. 該機的優(yōu)點是塑化效果好、擠出能力強，出膠溫度低、運行平穩(wěn)

 
Use: It is used to filter the impurities from rubber stock.
Structural Features:
